Pork Rind & Sausage Pancake Patties – Carnivore friendly – Dr. Jason Jones Elizabeth City NC Chiropractor

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 oz pork rinds
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz pasture-raised sausage

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375° before preparing pan with spray and foil. Crush pork rinds into flour and combine the sausage and eggs in a bowl before stirring int the pork rinds.
  • Spread into think circular shapes on the pan.
  • Bake the dish for 30 minutes and allow them to be cooled once they are finished.
