Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 oz pork rinds
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz pasture-raised sausage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° before preparing pan with spray and foil. Crush pork rinds into flour and combine the sausage and eggs in a bowl before stirring int the pork rinds.
- Spread into think circular shapes on the pan.
- Bake the dish for 30 minutes and allow them to be cooled once they are finished.
