Ingredients
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients together with the exception of coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan.
- Place it over medium heat and whisk for ten minutes.
- Turn the heat down and continue whisking.
- Take off of heat and transfer to a container made up of glass. Let the caramel cool before placing the lid on and transferring to the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate through 30-second intervals on a double stovetop boiler or in a microwave. Stir in coconut oil once the chocolate is melted.
- Using a spoon or scoop, scoop the caramel before rolling into squares and balls. Dip them in melted chocolate ad place them into a baking sheet. Sprinkle flakey salt over it and fridge them for 20 minutes.
