Ingredients

¾ cup of almond flour

3 tbsp. seeds of sesame

four tbsp. cocoa flour

1 tbsp. powdered psyllium husk

1 tsp. of baking powder,

1 tbsp. of normal salt

3 tbsp. coconut oil

1 chicken egg

small amount of water

For the topping, you will need shredded or cottage cheese. For filling half little onion, 1 garlic clove, olive oil, 1¼ pounds of beef, 1 tbsp. dried basil salt and pepper, 4 tbsp. of tomato paste, and a small amount of water is needed.

Preparation and Cooking Time

A total of 55 minutes are needed to prepare and cook the meat pie. It will need 25 minutes in preparation and 30 minutes for cooking.

Instructions

In butter or olive oil, fry garlic and onions for a couple of minutes in the medium heat until it has soft onion.

Add the ground beef and fry.

Add the basil salt and pepper, tomato paste, and water, and cook for at least 20 minutes.

Create the dough for the crust while the meat cooks. In a food processor, mix all the crust ingredients for a few minutes, before the dough becomes a ball. You should blend with a fork or by hand if you don’t have a food processor.

In a detailed spring shaping pan or deep-dish cake pan, put a circular piece of parchment paper so it is simple to remove the pie when it is finished. Disseminate the dough in the bath.

When the surface has been formed in the bath, press the base with a gable. Bake the crust for around 10-15 minutes.

Take the meat from the oven and bring it into the pan.

Mix together cottage cheese and shredded cheese, then spread over the pastry.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes on lower rack, or till the pastry turns golden.

Meat Pie is ready.
