Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken – Keto recipe – Dr. Jason Jones Elizabeth City NC Chiropractor

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Kosher salt
  • Grounded black pepper
  • 2 tsp. ranch seasoning
  • Chopped chives
  • 1 1/2 shredded mozzarella

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • Cook bacon over medium heat in a large skillet for 8 minutes and transfer to plated lined with paper towel and drain 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
  • Season with pepper and salt and return skillet to medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes per side.
  • Decrease the heat to medium before sprinkling ranch season and mozzarella. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Crumble and sprinkle chives and bacon on serving.
