Ingredients
- 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Grounded black pepper
- 2 tsp. ranch seasoning
- Chopped chives
- 1 1/2 shredded mozzarella
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Cook bacon over medium heat in a large skillet for 8 minutes and transfer to plated lined with paper towel and drain 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
- Season with pepper and salt and return skillet to medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes per side.
- Decrease the heat to medium before sprinkling ranch season and mozzarella. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Crumble and sprinkle chives and bacon on serving.
