Baked Swordfish by Dr. Jason Jones – Elizabeth City NC Chiropractor

Ingredients

Ingredients you will need to create this simple baked swordfish recipe:

1 steak of Swordfish (nearly 1/2 pounds)

2 tbsp. of Olive oil with more natural extra virgin

1 tbsp. of finely divided garlic powder

2 big lemons, Sea Salt to taste

2-4 green onions – sliced

2-4 tbsp. of white wine

Extra slices of lemon as a garnish

Preparation and Cooking Time

Easily baked swordfish is a healthy and tasty dish which needs five minutes for preparation time and 22 minutes of cooking. The recipe would need a total of 27 minutes as its preparation and cooking time.

Instructions

Preheat oven to be baked in a heating range of 375 ° F (190.6 ° C). Use a large deep pot to carry the steak of swordfish.

Drizzle 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil on the base of the baking platter and pinch of salt, then scatter with 1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic. Cover the first sheet of the marinade with the swordfish steak.

Then, rinse the remaining (1/2 teaspoon) garlic powder and the second lime juice on edge of the fish on top of the swordfish steak with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle with a little sea salt. Set that aside and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.

BAKE for 18 to 22 minutes or when fresh, completely baked, sword fish are soft. Tender to the galvanizer.

Switch to a serving dish and spill over the swordfish steak and serve all the remainder of the lemon sauce from the baking dish.

Disperse them around on top of the fish with sliced green onions. Then pour on top white wine.
