While working from home can be an incredible opportunity, it can also wreak havoc on your spinal health. You may not have the right home setup to ease your back pain. To protect your spinal health, you need to consider your stress levels and furniture choices. For those who spend a lot of time at a desk, an ergonomic chair is imperative. When choosing an ergonomic chair, look for adjustability. No two people are exactly alike. Your job duties, health, and height should contribute to how you position your chair. You should be able to sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. Backrests should give you the option to sit vertically, recline and lean forward. Additionally, your chair seat should have the appropriate depth and width.
