For Elizabeth Benton her weight has always been a battle. She has tried it all including Weight Watchers in high school and eating all 30 of my points in fat-free microwave popcorn and sugar-free jello to in college for nearly 2 months eating nothing but protein shakes and chicken broth to the doctor appointments she’d cancel because she didn’t want to have to get on the scale.  One day Elizabeth took her natural discipline that she had used so successfully in her professional life to her personal life where she paid off $130,000 in student loan debt in 2 years and ultimately lost 140 pounds using long term sustainable weight loss strategies that helped eliminate cravings and keep her happy through the process.
