Well, I just got back from Greensboro yesterday where I have spent the last 6 weeks (Every other Thursday).  The seminar was great.  It was primarily geared around clinical nutrition.  Clinical nutrition is the use of nutrition to support the natural healing and bodily processes.  You see, each part of the body requires certain nutrients (vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients) to operate optimally.  The body can heal itself if the appropriate factors are there (most of the time).  Also, when there are interferences such as structural (this is where Chiropractic comes in), toxins and others the body needs nutrition even more.  The emphasis was on whole foods and whole food supplementation.

Whole foods and whole food supplementation has made a major difference in my own life and my family’s not to mention the major impact I have seen it have on my patients.  You can never learn enough or know it all.

Take care and talk to you soon.
